ULTIMATE | FOUNDATIONS . Introducing the Safe Habits and a Love for the Game

For Beginners and Recreational players. Fun and  fundamentals !

Our Ultimate Foundations – Recreational Program introduces athletes to volleyball the Ultimate Training™ way: safe habits, correct fundamentals, and a love for the game. Over eight weeks, players meet once a week for one hour in a fun and supportive environment that emphasizes:

  • Fundamental Skills – Proper technique for passing, serving, setting, and movement.
  • Confidence & Enjoyment – Building a positive mindset and enthusiasm for learning.


Ages  : Players Entering 3 to 8 Grade
Time : Thursdays 5:30 to 6:30 pm 

Cost: $125 monthly 

Location : Redeemer School | Stuart


2025 - 2026 Program Schedule: 

Season 1 - Aug 13 to Oct 29

Season 2 - Nov 6 to Dec 22 

Season 2 - Jan 7 to Feb 27

Season 3 - Mar 4 to May 1

All participants pay a one-time yearly registration: $150 Due at registration. 

One membership fee covers access to register for any program.
